This form is appropriate for the applicant who may desire to take one or more of the courses offered in these programs, but is not enrolling in a full Master's degree or certificate program. 

Note: Non-degree seeing students are limited to a certain amount of credits before being required to fully apply to and enroll in a degree or certificate program. A student must complete the application process in order to be considered for full enrollment.

DOCTOR OF OPTOMETRY (TRADITIONAL & SCHOLARS PROGRAMS) 
Salus University Pennsylvania College of Optometry has joined other colleges of optometry by accepting applications ONLY through the Optometry Centralized Application Service (OptomCAS) optomcas.liaisoncas.com. OptomCAS begins accepting applications July 1 prior to each entering year.
 
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT PROGRAM 
Applications to the Physician Assistant program will ONLY be accepted through Central Application Service for Physician Assistant (CASPA) at caspa.liaisoncas.com. CASPA begins accepting applications mid-April prior to each entering year.         
 
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (MSOT) PROGRAM
Applications to the Occupational Therapy program will ONLY be accepted through the Occupational Therapy Centralized Application Service (OTCAS) at otcas.liaisoncas.com. OTCAS begins accepting applications mid-July prior to each entering year. 
 
AUDIOLOGY ON-CAMPUS PROGRAM
Applications to the on-campus Audiology program will ONLY be accepted through the Communication Sciences and Disorders Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS) at csdcas.liaisoncas.com.  CSDCAS begins accepting applications early August prior to each entering year.  
 
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY PROGRAM
Applications to the Speech-Language Pathology program will ONLY be accepted through the Communication Sciences and Disorders Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS) at csdcas.liaisoncas.com.  CSDCAS begins accepting applications early August prior to each entering year.
