Thank you for your interest in Salus University! Applications for the following programs are now being accepted through a centralized application service called GradCAS:

  • Blindness and Low Vision programs
  • Master of Science in Clinical Audiology international program
  • Master of Science in Clinical Optometry international program
  • International Advanced Placement Optometry Degree (APOD) program
  • Post-professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) and Specialty Track Certificate programs

Non-Degree Seeking Student Enrollment Form
 

This form is appropriate for the applicant who may desire to take one or more of the courses offered in these programs, but is not enrolling in a full Master's degree or certificate program. 

Note: Non-degree seeing students are limited to a certain amount of credits before being required to fully apply to and enroll in a degree or certificate program. A student must complete the application process in order to be considered for full enrollment.
